Heather Monro

Heather Monro
Csikszentmihalyi said "One cannot lead a life that is truly excellent without feeling that one belongs to something greater / more permanent than oneself"...What nature has to teach us about letting go of the scarcity mindset and competition for resources of the 'business as usual' Achievist world and trusting into emergence.
Vertical development requires that we uplift both our aspirational self (leading edge) and resolve the reactive patterns of the past that we default to under stress (trailing edge). An observation of how these 2 edges are reflected in nature.
Some reflections on my time as a world class athlete, the achievist mindset, KPIs, slowing down, our relationship to the earth and the state of being that is the wellspring for truly transformative leadership.
Reflections on tuning into what we habitually bypass....the new avenues of possibility that are around us if we allow ourselves to notice.
